Jewelry

I love making new jewelry from old pieces. I repurpose found, thrifted, second-hand, gifted and broken jewelry; breaking apart the components and designing new pieces adding gemstones, crystals, fossils, teeth, beaded fringe and whatever else I find inspiration in. All earring hook and jewelry findings are always new and nickel free. I especially love when a client provides an old piece with sentimental value, and I can rework it into something new they can wear, cherish and love again. Here are some of my favorites. Visit my shop for current pieces or request a MTO (Made-To-Order) and I can make something similar if something catches your fancy. Always one-of-a-kind, Designed with you in mind.

Reduce. Reuse. Repurpose. Recycle.

I believe in repurposing materials because it transforms what it once was into something completely new, and I think that energy is passed along with it. Each piece I make comes with its own story. Not only are all my jewelry pieces hand-made, they are all one-of-a-kind, and each with its own journey before it ever even reaches you. And in today’s fast fashion world, and instant gratification mindset with everything replaceable and tossable… I think it is important to invest in fixing the broken, in recreating, and conserving and reusing what is around us. I enjoy this process almost as much as I enjoy the finished products, and I hope you do too.
